Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Our parcels are posted every Saturday, your parcel will only be posted if the money has been received, otherwise it will be posted the following weekend. Therefore, our delivery time is between 3 and 14 days.
Our parcels are sent via Bpost. For orders of 2+ covers this is done via a postal package, you will receive an email with a track and trace to follow your order. The other orders are sent via regular mail. If you still wish to receive your order via a postal package you can contact us by email, this will involve additional costs.
On our site you can order without extra shipping costs for Belgium, the rest of Europe pays a very small amount extra for shipping.
Online ordering and shipping are entirely your own responsibility. We are not responsible for errors by Bpost, but do of course everything possible to ensure the safety of the package.
Returns
Since cases.noa offers and sells personalised products, it is not possible to return. We would like to recommend you to check your order before paying for it.
Only in case of errors on our part, returns are allowed. This applies to circumstances such as receiving the wrong case.
